Do I need to be in shape before I come?
Not at all. Every class is designed to meet you where you are. Our instructors offer modifications and encouragement so you feel supported from start to finish.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothes you can move in. For HIIT — clean athletic shoes are perfect.
What should I bring?
A water bottle and a positive mindset! We provide mats and equipment.
How early should I arrive?
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for your first class so we can welcome you, show you around, and get you settled in.
How do I book a class?

What if I’ve never taken a class before?
That’s completely okay — many of our members started the same way. Let your instructor know you’re new, and we’ll guide you every step of the way.
What’s the best way to get started?
We recommend taking advantage of our 2-Week Unlimited Intro Offer so you can try different classes and find your favorites.
What if I need to cancel?
Life happens! Just cancel through your account before the cancellation window to avoid a late fee.
I’m nervous… is that normal?
Yes! Trying something new takes courage. Our studio is warm, welcoming, and community-focused. You won’t walk in alone — you’ll walk into support.
