BARRE

STRONG & STEADY

Moderate-paced interval training with bodyweight, light weights, bands, and floor work. Perfect for building strength with approachable pacing. 

POWER PACE

Challenge yourself in this full-body workout incorporating rigorous interval training sequences with high-intensity exercise. Enhance your cardiovascular fitness while building muscular strength and endurance. Push your limits and leave this class feeling accomplished and strong.

Best for experienced movers who enjoy pushing themselves with higher intensity and a faster pace. 

MAT PILATES

Don’t let the mat fool you — this class is anything but basic. Using bodyweight and props, you’ll move through challenging sequences designed to fire up your core, improve posture, and build long, lean strength. PILATES SCULPT

Turn up the energy with this dynamic Pilates-inspired workout. Combining traditional Pilates with light to medium hand weights and bodyweight resistance, you’ll flow through sequences that tone muscles, boost endurance, and sculpt from head to toe. FITNESS BLEND

A little bit of everything, all in one class. Fitness Blend combines light cardio, strength training, bodyweight movements, balance work, and targeted floor exercises into a well-rounded, feel-good workout that supports total-body strength and mobility.

SPIN FUSION

This 45-minute hip hop–inspired interval ride is designed to wake up your body and fire up your mindset for the day ahead. Expect powerful climbs, controlled pushes, short sprints, and rhythm-driven choreography that keeps you locked into the beat. Whether you’re a seasoned rider or brand new to the bike, you’ll be coached through pacing and resistance so you can challenge yourself at your own level.

SPIN EXPRESS

Short on time. Big on intensity. 🔥 This 30-minute express version of our hip hop high-intensity ride delivers maximum impact in minimal time. Expect quick-hitting intervals, punchy sprints, rolling hills, and nonstop beats that make the clock fly.

CHAIR YOGA

Gentle, supportive, and accessible—Chair Yoga is perfect for anyone looking to improve flexibility, balance, and strength without getting down on the floor. In this class, we use a sturdy chair to provide stability as we move through seated and standing yoga poses, breathing exercises, and gentle stretches.
